Rev. Dr. Patricia A. Phillips -

Rev. Dr. Patricia A. Phillips is an Associate Pastor of Deliverance Evangelistic Church; founded by the late Rev. Benjamin Smith, Sr., where she served as Associate pulpit minister, Director of the 24 hour Prayer Chain hotline, Director of the Telephone Evangelism, Faculty Teacher at the Deliverance Evangelist Bible Institute, Church Coordinator over 75 ministries, Secretary in various ministries and served as Worship Leader. Dr. Phillips is currently Pastor and Founder of Nothing But The Word Deliverance Church, Inc., located in Florence, New Jersey where she teaches and ministers the Word of God to men & woman, youth & young adults and children of all ages; reaching out to the lost, the suffering & the dying.

She has conducted numerous seminars and workshops on the following topics: "The Husband and Wife Relationship, "Singles," "Understanding the Youth," "Leadership," "The Art of Prayer," "The Role of the Christian Female," "The Art of Soul Winning" and "Follow-up." She is the author of "Words to Live By" - a workbook designed to encourage a study of the scriptures. Dr. Phillips is the President and Founder of The Pat Phillips Outreach Ministries, which includes "Hurting Women" and "Women In Warfare."

She served as a member of the Philadelphia Minister's Conference as an Assistant Coordinator of Evangelism and on the Clergy Committee for A.I.D.S., Inc. Steering Committee, which was a joint venture with the City and the Philadelphia Health Department, and local clergy. She has also worked with such notables as Billy Graham, in 1992 during the Billy Graham Crusade in Philadelphia and R.W. Schambauch tent revival in Camden NJ, in 1999 as a Prayer Coordinator. She is currently an honoree member in the Nationwide Registers Whos Who publication, which acknowledges people for their individual achievements in their specific profession.

Rev. Dr. Patricia A. Phillips is Pastor, Preacher, Teacher, Apostle, Prophetess, Missionary, Intercessor and with humbleness of heart, will work in any capacity that God has instructed her hands to perform. With these various anointing on her life, She has ministered in the Men and Women prisons, Nursing Homes and proclaims the Gospel of Jesus Christ on the Streets, reaching lost souls everywhere. Pastor Phillips has ministered inside and outside of the tri-state area and abroad, in the regions of Jamaica, Bahamas and Philippines. She truly loves the Lord and has a genuine heart for people, meeting their wholistic needs!

  • Doctor of Divinity from the International Theological Seminary of California
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Urban Ministry Management at the Center for Urban Theological Studies (C.U.T.S.), which is an extension of Geneva College, Beaver Falls Pennsylvania.
  • Counseling training at the Christian Counseling and Educational Foundation, Laverock, Pennsylvania.
  • General Theology Diploma, Christian Ministerial Diploma, Christian Education Administration Diploma from the Deliverance Evangelistic Bible Institute, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
  • Evangelical Training Association (ETA) Preliminary and Advance Teacher's Certificates, Wheaton, Illinois.
  • Board Certified Pastoral Counselor (American Association of Christian Counseling)

Dr. Patricia A. Phillips loves the Lord, the Word of God; has a burden for souls and a mind to live Holy. Truly, the Lord has exalted a "Deborah" in this end time hour - One Chosen, Anointed and Appointed to "make a difference through the Word of God!"
